Plain language, because that’s the whole point of this product.
The core promise
Your private space — everything you say to your agent, and everything it says back — is never visible to your partner, and never feeds their agent or the mediator. Rehearsals never leave the rehearsal. In a repair flow, your partner only ever learns that you’re ready — never what you said. Shared sessions are visible to both of you, always verbatim.
What we store
Names you enter, session messages, private-space messages, agreements and check-in answers, an agent-written summary of each partner (built only from that partner’s own private messages), optional email addresses for nudges, and technical logs (response times, feedback votes). If you join the waitlist, we store the email you gave us so we can invite you when doors open — reply to any waitlist email and we’ll delete it. Signup also writes short-lived rate-limit counters, keyed by your network address and your email, which expire on their own. Data lives in a hosted database (Turso) and is processed by our AI provider (Z.ai) to generate responses.
What we don’t do
No ads, no selling data, no ad trackers, no training AI models on your conversations. We keep cookieless, aggregate page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics: page path, referrer, country, browser) that are never tied to you; invite and space tokens are removed before anything is sent. Emails are used for nudges only and never shared. Nudge emails say that something happened — never what was said.
Access & security
Access is via unguessable private links — there are no accounts yet. Anyone with your link can see your side of the space, so treat it like a house key: don’t share it, and be mindful on shared devices.
Deleting everything
Either partner can permanently delete the entire shared space — all sessions, private messages, agreements, profiles, and emails — from the bottom of their home page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and removes the other partner’s data too (it’s a shared space; either of you can end it).
